It has been an honor meeting you, servicing your contact lens and contact lens fitting for three decades since 1994. Time has evolved and It's that time for me to bid farewell to a chapter in life. I would like to leave with a final thought in caring for your eyes and managing your future total wellbeing. I say this with absolute knowing that every vital human organs including the eyes apparatus are integral of the entire physiological, psychological and spiritual wellness. A stable healthy body, mind, emotions and energy are essential for every human optimal wellbeing. Every imbalance or illness finds root in any or all of this areas. A keen attentive mindfulness of this moment to moment can help nurture one's desire to cultivate wellness practice. With the eyes you will gain knowledge of your eyes and vision existing or in progress status. You only need to be truthful to yourself and listen and pay attention keenly to what this whole body is communicating to you. When wearing contact lens allocate time to have the lens measure, fit or refit and parameter adjustments as the eyes evolve through age cycle. Varies over lapping areas of the eyes complexity may call for different opinions outlook. Seek out eye care professionals or specialists for the appropriate area in need of attention at the earliest opportunity. This is a shifted in emphasis. In youth you deal with developing and fluctuating vision. In later age you deal with progressive reading issues and the preservation of the entire ocular eye health and necessary recommend treatment if diagnosed. When the moment arrive seek advice from expert eye care professional in the specific field for what needs to be done.
